Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@scf.me.uk or using the contact form on our website, with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please note:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • If your return is not approved (e.g. the item is used or damaged), we’ll get in touch to discuss next steps.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving the item), and we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards or downloadable software
